KCJ Recruitment has been awarded a GLAA Licence, following a full audit and inspection by the Gangmasters Labour and Abuse Authority earlier this month.
The Gangmasters and Labour Abuse Authority works in partnership to protect vulnerable and exploited workers and the licensing scheme regulates businesses that provide workers to the fresh produce supply chain and horticulture industry, to make sure that employment standards required by law are met by both the recruiter and place of work.
KCJ Recruitment has previously specialised in industrial, logistics, and professional & executive recruitment, and catering to organisations throughout Wiltshire, Berkshire, Oxfordshire, Hampshire, Northamptonshire, Oxon and Avon and Gloucestershire.
Don Bryden – MD, said, “The award of the new licence means family owned KCJ Recruitment although smaller in scale has procedures and a duty of care to all who work for us. Our systems, policies and procedures match any other multinational agency we compete with. Both my team and I have worked so hard to achieve this award. A GLAA Licence allows KCJ Recruitment to move into new sectors that will complement our successful expansion program we have set for 2018/19.
