KCJ Recruitment are looking to recruit a Branch Manager based in our Swindon office.
£30k – £35k – Basic (see package below)
• To present and conduct oneself in a professional manner and promote a positive image of KCJ Recruitment
• To manage the general running and development of the branch
• To learn and develop the skills necessary to become an Operations Director
• To manage and supervise other employees.
• Responsibility for achieving sales and booking targets.
• Knowledge and awareness of local marketplace and competitors
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and recruitment experience is a must.
• Delegated responsibility in absence of directors and to manage day to day running of the business
Salary and Package
• £30 – £35K depending on experience
• Car Allowance / Company car – after qualifying period

• Company Pension – after qualifying period
• Share Incentive Plan – to be discussed with the Managing Director
